Monthly Bookkeeping – Enter transactions and reconcile accounts | Flat rate: $228/month
Payroll – Payroll processing based on team size and pay schedule | Starts at $72/month (1–2 employees, 1x/month)
Bill Payment Management – Track, schedule, and pay bills on time | Flat rate: $48/month
Monthly Tax Deposits – Choose between preparation only or full service | Prepare Only: $72/month | Prepare & Submit: $96/month
Quarterly Reports – Prepare and submit state and federal filings | $84 – billed in January, April, July, and October
W2s & 1099s – Year-end filing for employees and contractors | $60 – billed annually in January only
Notary Services – Certified document signing | $10 per document
